Meet Sophie S. Stockard
Founder, S3 Concierge

Raised in Bexley, Ohio, Sophie Schottenstein Stockard comes from a family deeply rooted in real estate. Her family—brokers, developers, builders, and agents—inspired her early start in the industry. Before graduating from the University of Alabama, Sophie gained invaluable experience with top-tier brokerages and high-performing teams across multiple Sotheby’s International Realty offices, including Manhattan, Atlanta, and Columbus. She began her tenure at Sotheby’s Downtown Manhattan Brokerage, progressing through roles in marketing, client services, and sales. As a junior agent under Senior Global Real Estate Advisor Kaptan Unugur—one of NYC’s top 1% brokers—Sophie successfully navigated the post-COVID market, contributing to approximately $100 million in closed sales between 2020 and 2022 and earning recognition as part of one of the Top 10 Producing Teams in the Downtown Manhattan office.

Sophie’s hands-on experience in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets gave her a deep understanding of how to structure, scale, and sustain a high-performing real estate business. Now based in Alabama, Sophie brings her expertise to S3 Concierge — her personal venture designed to empower agents through strategic support. Sophie’s passion for the industry, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment drive her dedication to providing clients with the utmost care.
